INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

A) ADMISSION CONDITIONS:

- Access and/or permanence in the establishment will be denied in the following cases:

- To any person not registered in the Establishment.

- When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the establishment.

- When the closing time of the different sales areas has been exceeded.

- When the minimum age established to access the premises, according to current regulations, is not met.

- Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardian to stay overnight at the hotel.

- When the person does not meet minimum hygiene standards.

- When the person displays violent behavior, especially when they behave aggressively or provoke disturbances, create dangerous situations, or inconvenience other guests or service personnel.

- When the person carries weapons or objects that can be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces or private escorts integrated into private companies, and they enter the establishment in the exercise of their duties.

- When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or showing symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. Likewise, malicious damage to the facilities, causing a disturbance, or causing noise will be grounds for expulsion, especially in response to complaints from other users whose peace and privacy are disturbed. In such cases, the hotel may seek assistance from the competent police.

- Persons who, while in perfect mental health, harass, intimidate, or humiliate service personnel will also be grounds for expulsion.

However, in the cases described above, the person is obligated to pay the expenses incurred up to the time of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.

 

B ) RULES OF LIVING AND OPERATION:

- Users are required to pay for the contracted services at the time of check-in.

- More people than the number contracted for each room type will not be permitted to stay in the rooms.

- The establishment is only responsible for valuables kept in the in-room safe. Please deposit all valuables in the safe in your room. The establishment is not responsible for theft, robbery, or loss of items not deposited at reception, nor for items left in the luggage room without proper safekeeping. Therefore, it is recommended that you store all belongings inside your luggage and lock it.

- Smoking is not permitted throughout the establishment except in designated areas.

- Under certain circumstances, service staff may ask customers to present identification and admission documents.

- Circulation and presence within the establishment will be limited to areas reserved for customers. Under no circumstances may customers access reserved or private rooms or spaces.

C) INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE WHO, IF APPROPRIATE, YOU SHOULD CONTACT WITH MATTERS RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT :

In any event that you have any doubts or questions regarding the operation of our Hotel, you may contact the Reception staff, where they will be resolved or, failing that, you will contact the staff authorized to resolve your question or doubt; the Hotel Manager being the person ultimately responsible for it.

D) LIST OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMPANIES OTHER THAN THE OPERATING ENTITY AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPANIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROVISION:

Our establishment offers excursions, various services, and experiences provided by companies other than the hotel operator, which you can find out about at Reception. This hotel is not responsible for the services provided by these companies.

E) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED: This does not apply to guide dogs, whose access is free and unlimited.

F) RECOMMENDATIONS:

- Monitor and control your luggage. Do not leave it unattended.

- Keep the door closed when you are in your room.

- Close your room door when you leave, and try opening it again to ensure it is properly closed, even if you are only away for a short time.

- If you notice any damage or abnormality, please contact reception.

- Please respect the areas around the rooms during nighttime and afternoon hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.

- Please respect the opening hours of all hotel facilities.
